Heron Square, every weekend, all weekend, as it has been since 2010. Tucked between Hill Street, Bridge Street and the riverside — on a sunny day the whole Thames path is packed.

Richmond runs every weekend, both days. Tick every date you would like — you can ask for as many as you like and we will offer you the ones we can, keeping the mix right across the square. Craft pitches are £55 a day, street food £100. Full dates stay selectable and become reserve-list requests. New to us? Please book one trial date only.

Which kind of pitch do you need?

I am coming by public transport and need a table and chair

We will provide them at most indoor venues, and we give priority indoor pitches to traders without a vehicle.

I hold £5 million public liability insurance

Non-negotiable — our insurers and our landlords both require it. If yours is for less, ring your provider and ask them to raise it.

Do you need electricity?

Limited, and £10 extra. Everything you plug in must be PAT tested.

Do you sell food or drink?

All my packaging is non-plastic — biodegradable or compostable, lids included

No exceptions, and recycled or recyclable plastic does not count. Bags, wrap, tableware, straws, ribbon and tape.

Nothing I sell contains palm oil

We banned it in 2017.

Are you a registered charity or not-for-profit?

It pays for planting, and for training and an income for the people doing the planting.

One application covers every date you pick — the organiser decides each date separately.
