Spooky Nights on Halloween and three Christmas Night Markets, 4pm to 9pm in and around a lit Great Barn. Our busiest, prettiest and most oversubscribed dates of the year.

Our night markets are the busiest dates we run and they are always oversubscribed, so please pick every one you can do. A £20 deposit holds your pitch and the balance is due a month before. Cancellation notice for all November and December dates is one full month, not one week. Outdoor pitches must bring their own battery, solar or rechargeable lights.

Which kind of pitch do you need?

I am coming by public transport and need a table and chair

We will provide them at most indoor venues, and we give priority indoor pitches to traders without a vehicle.

I hold £5 million public liability insurance

Non-negotiable — our insurers and our landlords both require it. If yours is for less, ring your provider and ask them to raise it.

Do you need electricity?

Limited, and £10 extra. Everything you plug in must be PAT tested.

Do you sell food or drink?

I will bring my own battery, solar or rechargeable lights

There is no power on the outdoor pitches and generators are a no. Warm white, ideally — the blue-white ones make everything look like a supermarket.

All my packaging is non-plastic — biodegradable or compostable, lids included

No exceptions, and recycled or recyclable plastic does not count. Bags, wrap, tableware, straws, ribbon and tape.

Nothing I sell contains palm oil

We banned it in 2017.
