Before the busyness of Christmas truly begins, gift yourself an evening to pause, breathe and simply be. This evening promises to be a deeply restorative 75 minute experience, created to help you slow down, release overwhelm and reconnect with a sense of calm ahead of the festive season... During the evening, you will experience: 💫 A calming herbal tea welcome 💫 Gentle grounding to begin 💫 Guided journaling 💫 A soothing crystal healing ritual 💫 Guided meditation journey 💫 Group Reiki healing 💫 Oracle card guidance 💫 A beautiful crystal to take home No experience with crystals, Reiki or meditation is needed — you are warmly welcomed exactly as you are. This is an intimate experience with limited spaces available 🤍 Led by a certified Crystal Healer & Reiki Practitioner ✨

Do I need to bring anything?

Please bring a cushion, blanket, bottle of water, journal, and pen. I encourage you to come in comfy clothes so that you can be as relaxed as possible for the guided mediation/reiki.

Do I need to know anything about crystals?

Absolutely not, no prior knowledge is necessary, and you are free to ask any questions during the circle.

Do I have to share?

There will be opportunity to share with the other attendees if you feel called, there is no pressure to do this. Please also know that anything shared within the space remains confidential.

I’ve never had Reiki, what should I expect?

To close our evening together, I will guide the group through a gorgeous crystal infused mediation and share gentle Reiki healing with each person. You may feel warmth, sensations, or nothing at all, I encourage you to just relax and allow the healing energy to flow where is needed.
