As the seasons begin to shift and summer fades into autumn, this intimate evening is an invitation to slow down, reconnect and return home to yourself... Join me for a deeply nourishing Crystal Healing & Reiki Evening designed to help you gently ground your energy and create space to breathe, reflect and reset. Together, in a beautiful candlelit circle, we will welcome in autumnal energy and ground into our bodies and nature. The evening will include: 💫 A calming herbal tea welcome 💫 Gentle grounding to begin 💫 Guided journaling and personal reflection 💫 A crystal healing ritual 💫 Guided meditation journey 💫 Group Reiki healing 💫 Oracle card guidance 💫 A beautiful crystal to take home No experience with crystals, Reiki or meditation is needed — you are warmly welcomed exactly as you are. This is an intimate experience with limited spaces available 🤍 Led by a certified Crystal Healer & Reiki Practitioner ✨

Held in the South Studio, right hand door as you enter the main hallway.

Do I need to bring anything?

Please bring a cushion, blanket, bottle of water, journal, and pen. I encourage you to come in comfy clothes so that you can be as relaxed as possible for the guided mediation/reiki.

Do I need to know anything about crystals?

Absolutely not, no prior knowledge is necessary, and you are free to ask any questions during the circle.

Do I have to share?

There will be opportunity to share with the other attendees if you feel called, there is no pressure to do this. Please also know that anything shared within the space remains confidential.

I’ve never had Reiki, what should I expect?

To close our evening together, I will guide the group through a gorgeous crystal infused mediation and share gentle Reiki healing with each person. You may feel warmth, sensations, or nothing at all, I encourage you to just relax and allow the healing energy to flow where is needed.
