Accessibility

I make dog birthday cakes and pupcakes with no grain, no filler and no nonsense.

I keep bees across Renfrewshire and sell the honey never heated, never filtered beyond the coarse strain.

I forage and preserve — bramble, elderflower, rowan, rosehip with no pectin and no artificial anything. Tasting spoons on the stall — try before you buy.

I knit hats, scarves and mitts using Harris tweed offcuts that would be binned. Everything’s made to be worn in actual Scottish weather.

I sell raw honey, comb and beeswax wraps from about forty hives, moved with the season. Candles and wraps from the wax, so nothing’s wasted.

I bake sourdough and slow-fermented bread fresh the morning of the market, never the night before. Gluten-free options on the middle table — clearly labelled and made separately.

I serve fresh pasta cooked on the pitch from a converted horsebox with a proper oven in it.

I brew a dark mild and a Scottish 80/- with Scottish-grown barley wherever I can get it.

I brew hoppy pale ales and a stout in a ten-barrel plant outside Alloa. I bring a chilled counter for summer markets.

I restore and sell mid-century glassware painted with low-VOC chalk paint.

I make a spiced rum and a coffee liqueur in batches of about 200 bottles at a time. I hold my own occasional licence for every event I trade at.
