Traders
Every stall is an independent Scottish business. No franchises, no wholesale-only, no direct selling.
Getting here
Parking is signposted from the main road. Trader vehicles are moved off site before we open.
Meet the makers
Argyll Smokehouse
Fish & seafood
I sell shellfish landed on the west coast landed at Tarbert the day before the market. Ice and a chilled counter, so power matters to me.
Bothy Kiln Co
Ceramics
I throw porcelain and carve it by hand glazed in oatmeal, sea green and off-white.
Bramble Jams
Preserves & chutneys
I forage and preserve — bramble, elderflower, rowan, rosehip with no pectin and no artificial anything.
Braw Treats
Pet treats & accessories
I make air-dried single-ingredient treats from venison, salmon and beef liver.
Bruntsfield Store
Preserves & chutneys
I forage and preserve — bramble, elderflower, rowan, rosehip from fruit grown in the Clyde Valley. Tasting spoons on the stall — try before you buy.
Clyde Valley Farm
Fruit & veg
I grow soft fruit — strawberries, raspberries, tayberries without a drop of chemical fertiliser. Ugly veg goes half price by noon.
Glen Timber
Woodwork
I make small furniture from reclaimed timber over about six hours each, mostly by knife. Wedding and anniversary commissions welcome.
Grain Workshop
Woodwork
I turn bowls and boards from Scottish hardwood finished with food-safe oil and nothing else. Nothing here was farmed for the purpose.
Highland Pet Co
Pet treats & accessories
I make air-dried single-ingredient treats so you can actually read the ingredients.
Kelpie Prints
Art & prints
I draw the hills in ink and gouache in two or three colours, printed in my kitchen.
Machair Plants
Plants & flowers
I grow British cut flowers suited to actual west-of-Scotland weather. Wraps are paper, ties are jute.
Muirhead Croft
Fruit & veg
I grow chillies, garlic and unusual brassicas picked the evening before the market.
Muirhead Larder
Butcher & game
I sell wild venison and game in season shot within twenty miles and processed the same week.
Roast & Bean
Hot drinks
I run a mobile espresso bar with oat milk as standard, dairy on request. Reusable cup? 30p off, no questions.
Rowan Growers
Plants & flowers
I grow hardy perennials and herbs suited to actual west-of-Scotland weather.
Smokin’ Kitchen
Street food
I run a wood-fired pizza van using Scotch beef and a griddle that never gets cold. Full gas safety and PAT paperwork — I bring it to every event.
Whin Store
Preserves & chutneys
I make Seville marmalade and seasonal jellies using whatever the season gives me. Jars are refillable; bring one back and get 50p off.
