Ceramics
I throw porcelain and carve it by hand glazed in oatmeal, sea green and off-white. Seconds table always — they go first.
Braeside Scotland
Cheese & dairy
I make cultured butter and crowdie churned twice a week and sold within days. I can post a cheese board anywhere in the UK.

Bakery & cakes
I bake sourdough and slow-fermented bread in small batches from a converted garage kitchen.

Fish & seafood
I hot- and cold-smoke salmon and haddock over oak in a smokehouse I built myself. I sell out by 1pm most weeks.

I run a wood-fired pizza van using Scotch beef and a griddle that never gets cold.

I grow chillies, garlic and unusual brassicas under polytunnels I put up myself.

I make bath salts and body oils with calendula, comfrey and chickweed I grow myself.
