I bake sourdough and slow-fermented bread in small batches from a converted garage kitchen.
Ochil Farm
Butcher & game
I sell wild venison and game in season shot within twenty miles and processed the same week.
Reworked Emporium
Vintage & upcycled
I sell curated vintage clothing sized properly, because vintage sizing lies.
Roast & Bean
Hot drinks
I run a mobile espresso bar with oat milk as standard, dairy on request. Reusable cup? 30p off, no questions.

I run a wood-fired pizza van using Scotch beef and a griddle that never gets cold.
