Bothy Workshop
Woodwork
I carve spoons and kitchen tools by hand over about six hours each, mostly by knife. Nothing here was farmed for the purpose.
Braw Treats
Pet treats & accessories
I make air-dried single-ingredient treats from venison, salmon and beef liver. Everything’s made in a registered kitchen.
Croft Bakehouse
Bakery & cakes
I bake sourdough and slow-fermented bread to my gran’s recipes, with a bit less sugar.
Muirhead Larder
Butcher & game
I sell wild venison and game in season shot within twenty miles and processed the same week. Pre-orders welcome — I bring them boxed with your name on.
Rowan Scotland
Soap & skincare
I make cold-process soap scented with essential oils only. I list the full ingredients on every wrapper.
Whin Store
Preserves & chutneys
I make Seville marmalade and seasonal jellies using whatever the season gives me.
