I make raw-milk cheese on my family’s farm from a herd of forty Ayrshires just outside Kilmarnock. Cheese boards made up to order while you shop.

I sew tweed bags and travel accessories in Scottish lambswool from a mill in the Borders.

I turn bowls and boards from Scottish hardwood finished with food-safe oil and nothing else.

I make small-batch jams, jellies and marmalades using whatever the season gives me. Tasting spoons on the stall — try before you buy.

I sell farmhouse cheese from small Scottish creameries from a herd of forty Ayrshires just outside Kilmarnock.

I roast my own beans and serve them from a trailer from a converted Piaggio with a two-group machine. First fifty cups are always the best — get in early.

I make recycled silver jewellery by hand in a workshop above the kitchen. Everything comes in a recycled gift box.

I upcycle furniture and small homeware painted with low-VOC chalk paint.

I bake Scottish oven scones, empire biscuits and tablet-topped brownies in small batches from a converted garage kitchen.

I make handmade honeycomb and salted caramels tempered properly, which is why it snaps.

Soap & skincare
I make balms and salves from foraged plants cured for six weeks before it ever reaches a stall. Plastic-free packaging throughout.

I throw porcelain and carve it by hand glazed in oatmeal, sea green and off-white.
