Parking is signposted from the main road. Trader vehicles are moved off site before we open.

I bake Scottish oven scones, empire biscuits and tablet-topped brownies in small batches from a converted garage kitchen.

Craft beer & cider
I make a low-alcohol range and a hazy IPA with Scottish-grown barley wherever I can get it.
Bothy Brewing
Craft beer & cider
I brew hoppy pale ales and a stout unfiltered and unpasteurised, so keep it cold. I bring a chilled counter for summer markets.

Ceramics
I hand-build slab vessels with ash glazes I mix from my own wood burner.

Art & prints
I draw the hills in ink and gouache in two or three colours, printed in my kitchen.

I sell fresh fish straight off the Kintyre boats landed at Tarbert the day before the market. If it’s not on the stall it wasn’t landed — I don’t pad it out.

I make cold-process soap scented with essential oils only. I list the full ingredients on every wrapper.
