Fish & seafood
I hot- and cold-smoke salmon and haddock over oak in a smokehouse I built myself. I sell out by 1pm most weeks.
Loch Illustration
Art & prints
I paint Scottish coastline in watercolour and print them on heavy cotton paper. Cards keep the lights on; prints pay for the paper.
Muddy Paws & Paws
Pet treats & accessories
I make hand-stitched collars, leads and harnesses from venison, salmon and beef liver.
Muirhead & Game
Butcher & game
I make square sausage, black pudding and haggis to a family recipe that predates the shop. Chilled display and a generator on outdoor pitches.
Silver Atelier
Jewellery
I make recycled silver jewellery by hand in a workshop above the kitchen. Free resizing for life on every ring I make.
