Meet the makers

  • Ash & Grain

    Woodwork

I make small furniture from reclaimed timber finished with food-safe oil and nothing else. Nothing here was farmed for the purpose.

    website@ashgrain

  • Auld Feast

    Street food

I run a Polish street food kitchen — pierogi and bigos using Scotch beef and a griddle that never gets cold.

    website@auldfeast

  • Bonnie Sweets

    Sweets & fudge

I make handmade honeycomb and salted caramels using a recipe that hasn’t moved in sixty years.

    website@bonniesweets

  • Bothy & Wick

    Candles & home fragrance

I pour soy candles in reusable glassware scented with essential oils, never synthetics.

    website@bothywick

  • Bothy Cider

    Craft beer & cider

I brew a dark mild and a Scottish 80/- in a ten-barrel plant outside Alloa. Mixed cases are the easiest way to try the range.

    website@bothycider

  • Bothy Kiln Co

    Ceramics

I throw porcelain and carve it by hand glazed in oatmeal, sea green and off-white. Seconds table always — they go first.

    website@bothykilnco

  • Bramble Hives

    Honey & bees

I keep bees across Renfrewshire and sell the honey never heated, never filtered beyond the coarse strain. Heather honey sells out within three markets.

  • Corrie Workshop

    Ceramics

I hand-build slab vessels with a matte speckle and a raw clay foot. Seconds table always — they go first.

  • Kiln Workshop

    Ceramics

I hand-build slab vessels with a matte speckle and a raw clay foot.

  • Loch Fyne & Creel

    Fish & seafood

I hot- and cold-smoke salmon and haddock over oak in a smokehouse I built myself.

    website@lochfynecreel

  • Loch Illustration

    Art & prints

I paint Scottish coastline in watercolour and print them on heavy cotton paper. Cards keep the lights on; prints pay for the paper.

    website@lochillustration

  • Ochil Meats

    Butcher & game

I make square sausage, black pudding and haggis shot within twenty miles and processed the same week.

    website@ochilmeats

  • Retro Emporium

    Vintage & upcycled

I restore and sell mid-century glassware painted with low-VOC chalk paint. I take trade-ins at the stall.

    website@retroemporium

  • Rowan Est. 2019

    Bakery & cakes

I make laminated pastries — croissants, cruffins, morning buns in small batches from a converted garage kitchen.

    website@rowanbakery

  • Whin Bath Co

    Soap & skincare

I make balms and salves from foraged plants cured for six weeks before it ever reaches a stall. Plastic-free packaging throughout.

    website@whinbathco

  • Whin Preserves

    Preserves & chutneys

I make small-batch jams, jellies and marmalades using whatever the season gives me. Tasting spoons on the stall — try before you buy.

    website@whinpreserves

  • Whin Spirits

    Gin & whisky

I make a rhubarb and a navy-strength gin picked on the Ayrshire coast in early summer.
