Meet the makers
Auld Feast
Street food
I run a Polish street food kitchen — pierogi and bigos using Scotch beef and a griddle that never gets cold. Vegan option always on, not as an afterthought.
Braehead & Game
Butcher & game
I dry-cure bacon and make charcuterie shot within twenty miles and processed the same week. Pre-orders welcome — I bring them boxed with your name on.
Bramble Apiary Co
Honey & bees
I make mead and sell honey from my own hives and I can tell you which field each jar came from.
Harris Est. 2019
Knitwear & textiles
I sew tweed bags and travel accessories in Scottish lambswool from a mill in the Borders. The bobble hats keep the whole stall afloat.
Kelpie Candles
Candles & home fragrance
I pour soy candles in reusable glassware scented with essential oils, never synthetics.
Orchard & Jar
Preserves & chutneys
I make Seville marmalade and seasonal jellies with no pectin and no artificial anything. Christmas gift boxes from October.
Press Illustration
Art & prints
I cut and print lino by hand in two or three colours, printed in my kitchen.
Rescued Reworked
Vintage & upcycled
I upcycle furniture and small homeware painted with low-VOC chalk paint. Every flaw is on the label before you ask.
Roast & Bean
Hot drinks
I run a mobile espresso bar with oat milk as standard, dairy on request.
Skerry Silversmith
Jewellery
I set Scottish beach glass and agate with a hammered finish that catches the light. Sized on the stall where I can.
Smokin’ Kitchen
Street food
I run a wood-fired pizza van using Scotch beef and a griddle that never gets cold.
