I make dog birthday cakes and pupcakes with no grain, no filler and no nonsense. Everything’s made in a registered kitchen.

I make candles in salvaged whisky bottles with cotton wicks and a proper cure time.
Bruntsfield Store
Preserves & chutneys
I forage and preserve — bramble, elderflower, rowan, rosehip from fruit grown in the Clyde Valley.

I sell shellfish landed on the west coast over oak in a smokehouse I built myself.

I sell farmhouse cheese from small Scottish creameries churned twice a week and sold within days. Ask me for a taste of anything — that’s what the counter is for.
