Parking is signposted from the main road. Trader vehicles are moved off site before we open.

I make raw-milk cheese on my family’s farm with a proper counter, a proper wire and proper advice.

I roast my own beans and serve them from a trailer from a converted Piaggio with a two-group machine. First fifty cups are always the best — get in early.

Fruit & veg
I grow chillies, garlic and unusual brassicas picked the evening before the market. What’s on the stall is what’s ready — the list changes weekly.

Art & prints
I make screen prints of Glasgow buildings and print them on heavy cotton paper. Cards keep the lights on; prints pay for the paper.

I run a mobile espresso bar with oat milk as standard, dairy on request.

I make handmade honeycomb and salted caramels in flavours that change with what’s in season.
