Meet the makers

  • Big Fire

    Street food

I run a Polish street food kitchen — pierogi and bigos from my mum’s recipes, adapted for a queue.

  • Bonnie Hound Co

    Pet treats & accessories

I make air-dried single-ingredient treats so you can actually read the ingredients. Sizing on the stall, so bring the dog.

  • Clyde & Bean

    Hot drinks

I run a mobile espresso bar with oat milk as standard, dairy on request. I can run all day on one gas bottle.

  • Glasshouse Plants

    Plants & flowers

I grow British cut flowers suited to actual west-of-Scotland weather. Everything’s grown, not bought in.

  • Highland Cheese Co

    Cheese & dairy

I sell farmhouse cheese from small Scottish creameries from a herd of forty Ayrshires just outside Kilmarnock.

  • Kelpie & Wick

    Candles & home fragrance

I hand-pour candles scented with Scottish botanicals with cotton wicks and a proper cure time. Sniff before you buy — the stall is set up for it.

  • Rowan Distillers

    Gin & whisky

I make a spiced rum and a coffee liqueur in batches of about 200 bottles at a time.

  • Rowan Store

    Preserves & chutneys

I forage and preserve — bramble, elderflower, rowan, rosehip from fruit grown in the Clyde Valley.

  • Tartan Kitchen

    Sweets & fudge

I make Scottish tablet and fudge stirred by hand in a copper pan.
