I run a wood-fired pizza van from a converted horsebox with a proper oven in it. I can serve 120 an hour if the queue’s moving.

I knit hats, scarves and mitts in undyed fleece from a flock I know by name. Everything’s made to be worn in actual Scottish weather.

I pour soy candles in reusable glassware scented with essential oils, never synthetics. Sniff before you buy — the stall is set up for it.
