About this event

Join Sally, an experienced drum circle facilitator, to explore the power of the drum for healing, guidance, insight and whatever comes in the moment. The drum is an ancient and sacred instrument that can take us to realms beyond the physical — the heartbeat of life. No experience needed and no rhythm required. Drums are provided, or bring your own if you have one. With Sally Marsh. Drum circles, shamanic journeying and breathwork. In The Carthouse at The Fold, Bransford. Free parking, and the Café is open 9am to 4pm.
