About this event
Three beautiful gongs, along with crystal and Tibetan singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments.
The vibration of the gong is a powerful way of reducing stress — it induces a holistic resonance that most people describe afterwards as being somewhere between deeply asleep and completely awake.
Bring a blanket and a cushion. Mats are here. Wear something you can lie still in for an hour.
