About this event

Pilates for all levels and abilities, in the Carthouse. Work on core strength, posture, mobility and flexibility, at a pace that suits the room. Two classes each morning — 9.30 for the earlier one and 11.00 for the later. Equipment provided. Wear something you can move in and bring water. With Claire Bevan. Mat Pilates for all levels — core strength, posture and mobility. In The Carthouse at The Fold, Bransford. Free parking, and the Café is open 9am to 4pm.
