Seasonal Herbal Medicine Making

A nourishing day with a medical herbalist. We begin with a walk around the farm, where you will learn to identify and gather medicinal plants growing along the lanes and hedgerows of an organic holding — which is a rare thing, because so few places are unsprayed enough for it. Then back inside to make tinctures, infused oils and a syrup, all of which you take home along with the notes and the confidence to do it again. Lunch from the Café is included. With Arlene Birch.
