Conscious connected breath blended with shamanic healing, held by two facilitators.

About this event

A blended offering of conscious connected breath and shamanic healing. The seasons shape each one: summer calls us into full expression, autumn invites us to slow down and honour the letting go. The breath does the work; the drum and the voice hold the room while it happens. This is a strong practice. Please read the contraindications when you book, and get in touch beforehand if anything on that list applies to you. With Jo Gilbert. Conscious connected breathwork and cacao ceremony. In The Carthouse at The Fold, Bransford. Free parking, and the Café is open 9am to 4pm.
