Our flagship food festival, two days on the boardwalk. Power is £20 + VAT a day and has to be booked in advance — we cannot add it on the morning.

Pitch prices

Farmers' market stall (8ft x 8ft) — £220 + VAT for the weekend. An 8ft x 8ft SHS stall with an apex roof and the tabletop provided.£264.00
Pop-up / gazebo (up to 10' x 10') — £320 + VAT for the weekend. Your own gazebo, weighted at all four legs.£384.00
Pop-up / gazebo (up to 20' x 10') — £370 + VAT for the weekend. Your own gazebo, weighted at all four legs.£444.00
Street food unit — £420 + VAT for the weekend. Your own unit or trailer. Gas Safe certificate, hand wash station and food hygiene paperwork required.£504.00

Which pitch would you like?

Your choice is pre-selected for the organiser when they review — they confirm it on acceptance.

Where the food or produce is made, with postcode. If that is your home kitchen, say so — we just need it for the council.

Description of food / produce / artisan items / craft on sale

Be specific — "handmade silver jewellery, mostly rings and studs" tells us far more than "jewellery". No copies of branded goods and nothing bought in to resell.

If you trade under a different name, what should we put on the event listing?

Name(s) of the person or people manning the pitch

So the marshals know who should be on your pitch.

Registration of the vehicle used for loading and unloading

Submitted to the venue for free trader parking where it applies.

Do you require electricity?

Power is limited and has to be booked in advance — we cannot add it on the morning.

Will you be using your own generator?

It must be a quiet model and sit behind your unit.

Are you selling food or drink for consumption?

Are you selling alcohol?

Will you be doing demonstrations?

We give demo slots a mention in the press release and on the day sheet.

Can you provide a prize for our media competitions?

Optional, but it gets your name in front of a lot of people.

Including: set up at least 30 minutes before opening, pitch positions are set by SHS and cannot be requested, gazebos must be weighted at all four legs, and pitch fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
