Popup Pal, sometimes written Pop Up Pal, is a UK company. One platform for tickets, stallholders and event day. Here is why we built it and who we are.
The origin story
Why we built Popup Pal
Event software was expensive and did not do enough. Organisers were handing a slice of every stall fee to a platform that then left them doing most of their admin by hand.
We would rather charge for the software than take a cut of your traders’ money. Popup Pal is one predictable subscription, priced by how much you run rather than by which features you are allowed, and it brings applications, invoices, floor plans and show-day operations together.
Popup Pal puts all of it in one place. Less time on admin, more time on the event.

What we believe
Three things that will not change.
Your money is yours
Ticket takings and stall payments both go to your own Stripe account. Popup Pal never pools your event funds, takes 0% of your stall money and adds no per-stall fee. Stripe’s processing on stall money is charged separately, at cost, on your own account; the ticket fee includes card processing, with VAT added on top of it.
Buyers should not need an account
Nobody has to create an account to buy a ticket. Buyers get a secure link to their order and that is it.
Your audience is your audience
Your events, your traders and your audience belong to you. You can take your data and leave whenever you like.
