For organisers of markets, fairs, trade shows & exhibitions
See your event running on Popup Pal
A 20-minute call with a real person, not a slide deck. Bring your dates, your ticket prices and your stall list — we’ll set your event up in front of you: tickets, stallholders and show day, all in one place.
3.5% + 50p per paid ticket, all-in. Free events are free. No monthly fee to start.
Request your demo
Tell us a little about your event and we’ll reply within one business day with a few times to pick from.
- What we’ll cover
- Your event set up live: ticket types and checkout, the stall applications inbox, trader invoicing, and running the gate from a phone.
- Who you’ll talk to
- Someone who works on the product, not a call centre. Awkward questions welcome — fees, switching, what happens when the venue Wi-Fi dies.
- What it costs
- Nothing. And there’s no obligation afterwards — the free plan has no monthly fee.
Can’t wait for the call?
Watch the product now. Every clip below is a real screen recording on a sample event: the same flows we run live on yours in the demo.
Set up your event
Dates, venue, ticket types and stall categories, in one guided flow.
Create an event
From a blank dashboard to a complete event: dates, venue and details in one guided flow.
Set up ticket types
Early bird, general admission, concessions and door pricing, each with its own allocation.
Set up stall categories
Define the stalls you offer, set how many of each exist, and open applications.
Stallholders, sorted
From application to invoiced, paid and placed on the floor plan.
Stall applications inbox
Applications land in one sortable inbox. Accept a trader and the stall is provisioned, with its invoice sent, in one click.
Trader pay links
Every accepted trader gets a secure pay link. They pay by card and the invoice settles itself.
Draw your floor plan
Sketch your hall in minutes: pitches, walls, doors and labels on a real layout.
Assign traders to pitches
Drop each accepted trader onto a pitch, so everyone knows where they are going before doors open.
Keep everyone posted
Broadcasts before the show, live banners on the day.
Email broadcasts
Write once and reach ticket holders, traders or any segment of your audience.
The banner buyers see
Your announcement appears on the event page and on every ticket page, instantly.
Live announcements
Send a day-of update by email and pin it as a live banner at the same time.
What your buyers see
Guest checkout and QR tickets, with no account and no app.

Buyers pick tickets and pay on their phone in seconds. No account, no app, no password.
Tickets on the buyer’s phone
QR tickets live at a secure link, with wallet passes and calendar files built in.
Show day, on any phone
Scanning, box office sales and trader check-in from the phone in your pocket.
Scan at the gate
Any phone is a scanner. Each ticket verifies once, and live counts update as people arrive.
Box office mode
Sell walk-ups on the door, cash or card, and the numbers stay accurate.
Trader check-in
Tick traders off as they arrive and spot empty pitches before doors open.
Admin from anywhere
Orders, refunds and updates, handled without opening a laptop.
Orders from your pocket
Every order, searchable from your phone, wherever show day takes you.
Refunds in a tap
Approve a refund from wherever you are. The buyer is notified automatically.
Broadcasts on the go
Send an update to your whole audience without opening a laptop.
What we’ll show you
One platform instead of a ticketing site, a spreadsheet and an inbox full of stall applications. These are the three things every demo covers.
Tickets without the drag
Guest checkout with Apple Pay and Google Pay — buyers never make an account. QR tickets by email with wallet passes, at 3.5% + 50p per paid ticket, all-in. Card fees included, free events free.
Stallholders in one inbox
Applications land in a sortable inbox, not an email pile. Accept in one click, invoice with a secure pay link, and watch the dashboard show who has paid — no reminder emails.
Show day on your phone
Scan tickets from any phone with nothing to hire, sell walk-ups in box office mode, check traders in against the floor plan, and send live announcements when plans change.
Built around what organisers keep telling us
We hear the same three frustrations from market and fair organisers again and again. The demo is us answering them with the product open, on your event.
“I spend more time chasing stall fees than promoting the event. I need invoices that get paid without me sending three reminder emails.”
“Sunday night is when I do the admin: applications, invoices, the spreadsheet. That’s the bit I want to disappear, not the market.”
“On the day I need everything on my phone: who has arrived, which pitches are empty, and a way to tell everyone the car park has changed.”

Demo questions
How long is the demo?
About 20 minutes on a video call. We set up an event like yours in front of you — dates, ticket types, a stall application form — so you see the real product, not slides. Bring questions and we will run over happily.
Is it a sales pitch?
No. Popup Pal has a free plan with no monthly fee and no card required, so there is nothing to close you on. The demo exists because seeing your own event set up in ten minutes answers more questions than any page of copy.
Do I need anything ready?
Nothing is required, but the demo is better if you bring your next event: dates, ticket prices and roughly how many stalls you take. If you already sell on Eventbrite or Ticket Tailor, bring a link and we will show you the switch.
Can I just try it myself instead?
Absolutely. You can create an account free, build an event and open stall applications without ever talking to us. The demo is for organisers who would rather watch someone drive first.
Prefer to poke around yourself?
Create an account free and build your first event before we’ve even spoken. No card required.
