Finding your tickets

There is no Popup Pal account for ticket buyers — on purpose. When you buy tickets, your confirmation email contains a secure link to your order page. That link is your key: it shows your tickets and their QR codes, and it’s where you download passes, request refunds or forward tickets to friends.

Where your tickets are

  1. Search your inbox for your order confirmation (check spam and promotions folders too — the order reference looks like PP-8F3K2A).
  2. Open the view my tickets link. Each ticket shows its QR code, ready to scan at the door straight from your phone screen.
  3. Optionally add tickets to your phone’s wallet — see Wallet passes — or save the page to your home screen.

Lost the email?

Use the find my tickets option on the event’s page and enter the email address you bought with. We’ll re-send your order link to that address. We can only ever send it to the original purchase email — that’s what keeps your tickets safe without a password.

A few things worth knowing

  • Treat the link like the tickets themselves. Anyone with the link can see the QR codes. Don’t post it publicly; if you want to give someone a ticket, use ticket forwarding instead — it invalidates the old code.
  • No signal at the venue? Wallet passes work offline, and a screenshot of the QR code scans fine.
  • Bought for a group? The whole group can enter from your phone, or forward individual tickets so everyone carries their own.
