Pricing questions
Is the fee really all-in?
Yes. The 3.5% + 50p per ticket covers everything, including card processing. There is no separate Stripe charge added on top and no hidden booking fee. What we quote is what it costs.
Who pays the fee, me or the buyer?
Your choice, per event. Pass it on and the buyer sees a small service fee at checkout while you receive the full ticket price; absorb it and buyers pay the face value while the fee comes out of your side.
Do stall fees and invoices carry the same fee?
Yes. Stall invoices paid online through Popup Pal carry the same all-in structure: 3.5% + 50p per invoice (2.5% + 30p on Max), taken automatically when the trader pays. Stall application forms themselves are free on every plan.
How does the Max plan’s lower fee work?
On Max, every paid ticket carries 2.5% + 30p instead of 3.5% + 50p, saving you 1% plus 20p on every ticket. From around 250 paid tickets a month the saving covers the subscription by itself, and everything above that is money back in your pocket.
Can I cancel whenever I like?
Yes. Subscriptions are monthly or annual and you can cancel any time; you keep your plan’s features until the end of the period you have paid for. Your events and data stay exactly where they are.
