How incidents are handled
When an incident affects any of the components above, we post it here with a timestamped timeline — identified, mitigating, monitoring, resolved — and keep updating until it’s closed. Payment processing runs on Stripe, so a Stripe-side incident may affect checkout even when Popup Pal itself is healthy; where relevant we link Stripe’s own status information in the incident notes.
Because show days don’t wait, day-of features are built to degrade gracefully: wallet passes and QR codes keep working on buyers’ phones during connectivity problems, and manual check-in by name or ticket serial is always available to your door team.
