Automatic attendee emails
A ticket sale is a relationship with a start, a middle and an end. Popup Pal covers the whole arc without you lifting a finger: every email below is sent automatically, at the right time, for every event.
Order confirmation
Sent the moment payment lands: QR tickets attached, a calendar file, the receipt breakdown (including VAT if you are VAT registered), and the buyer's secure manage link.
Day-before reminder
Around 24 hours before doors, every ticket holder gets a short reminder: when, where, any doors note you set, and a button to their tickets. Reminders are the highest-open email in ticketing and cut no-shows noticeably. For multi-day events, buyers are reminded before the day their ticket is for.
Abandoned checkout recovery
A buyer who starts checkout but never pays holds nothing and is charged nothing. A little later, once their reserved tickets have been released, they get a single come-back email linking to your event page. If they already completed another order for the event, they are skipped. One nudge only, never a drip campaign.
Post-show feedback request
The day after your event ends, every buyer receives a one-tap rating request: five stars and an optional comment, no account needed. Responses appear on the event's Feedback tab with the average score and the full comment list, so you know what to fix before you run it again.
Good to know
- Every email is sent at most once per order. Refunded orders stop getting event emails.
- These are transactional emails tied to a purchase, separate from marketing broadcasts, which only go to buyers who opted in at checkout.
- On the Max plan the emails carry only your name, with no Popup Pal attribution.
