Wallet passes
Your ticket page works fine at the door, but a wallet pass is one tap from your lock screen and doesn’t care whether the field has phone signal. Each ticket can be added to Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Wallet (Android).
Adding a pass
- Open your ticket from your order page — the secure link in your confirmation email (see Finding your tickets).
- Tap Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet on the ticket.
- The pass shows the event name, date, venue and your ticket’s QR code — the same code as the ticket page, so either scans at the door.
Group orders
Each ticket in an order has its own pass, so add them all to one phone or forward tickets so everyone carries their own. A forwarded ticket’s original pass stops being valid along with its QR code — the new holder adds their own.
Good to know
- Passes work offline. Once added, the QR code renders without any connection — ideal for showground gates and basement halls.
- Refunded or cancelled tickets stop scanning even if the pass is still in your wallet — the door check is live. If the event is cancelled you’ll also be emailed.
- Prefer paper? Print the ticket page — the printed QR code scans exactly the same. And if all else fails, the door team can find you by name or the short serial on your ticket.
