Wallet passes

Your ticket page works fine at the door, but a wallet pass is one tap from your lock screen. Tickets can be added to Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Wallet (Android) straight from your ticket page.

Adding a pass

  1. Open your tickets from the secure link in your confirmation email (see Finding your tickets).
  2. Under each ticket's QR code, tap Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet.
  3. The pass shows the event name, date, venue and your ticket's QR code: the same code as the ticket page and the emailed QR image, so any of them scans at the door.

Don't see the buttons? Not every ticket page offers wallet passes — it isn't something individual events switch on or off. Your emailed QR code and ticket page always work regardless.

Group orders

Each ticket in an order has its own pass, so add them all to one phone or forward tickets so everyone carries their own. When a ticket is forwarded, its original QR code stops being valid, so the previous pass stops working with it: the new holder adds their own.

Good to know

  • The pass shows its QR code without a connection once added, which helps at showground gates and in basement halls. The door check itself is done by the scanning device.
  • Refunded or cancelled tickets stop scanningeven if the pass is still in your wallet: the door check is live. If the event is cancelled you'll also be emailed.
  • Prefer paper? Print the ticket page: the printed QR code scans exactly the same. And if all else fails, the door team can find you by name or the short serial on your ticket.
