A showground plan that isn’t a laminated map
Draw the showground once: avenues, marquees, rings and pitches. Drag accepted traders onto their pitches and the plan updates live. No more version-seventeen PDF. Your stewards see the same plan on their phones at setup.
Gate day without gate chaos
Advance tickets scan from any steward’s phone across every gate at once, each scan marked so nobody gets in twice. Box office mode handles the cash-paying regulars, and live announcements reach every ticket holder when the main ring schedule slips.
Your society keeps its own Stripe account, so gate money and stand fees are in your bank on Stripe’s normal payout schedule, not held until after the show. Team members get their own logins with owner, admin and staff roles.
